With uncertainty still surrounding the signing of Memphis Depay from Lyon, another striker who has emerged on Barcelona’s transfer list is Espanyol’s Raul de Tomas.
Depay is Ronald Koeman’s preferred option in attack but Raul de Tomas is now seen as a cheaper alternative.
Sport reports that Tomas’ release clause is currently set at €60 million; Espanyol paid €25 million to get him in January.
The transfer fee Espanyol would be willing to accept to let him go is still unknown but it not going to be something less when considering the amount they paid to sign him.
